Each service may vary. Often times, we send one or two Cleaning Specialists to complete a cleaning work order. Each specialist goes through a thorough training process which requires he or she to be familiar with the tools, products and procedures according to Sur Maid standards.

While our specialists are fast and efficient, we take time serious. Our general cleaning times start at a 1.5 hour minimum and on average take up to three to four hours. If for some reason we feel additional time is needed, we will contact the client in advance. 

Absolutely, we love to catch up with our Customers! If you're busy working outside of your home, all you need to do is let your account expert know ahead of time, and provide us with a way to enter your home; please note, we do not hold onto keys.

While we do love to protect the planet and its wellbeing, we must also use products that can cut through the dirt and grime - sometimes beyond what green products can handle. However, we specialize in using Seventh Generation products by request . Call today to schedule your next green cleaning! 

This is the million dollar question - yet one of the most important. Our services are always unique and are tailored to each home. We use this technique to ensure our customers are getting the best rate possible for the service needed. Your account expert will gladly provide you with the best price possible. 

Payments for each service will be due at the time of service. You may submit a payment by paying via cash or check. Additionally,  we accept credit card payments; if you plan to pay with by card, a valid credit card must always be kept on file as we will run this card at the end of the service. 

Feel secure knowing that while a Sur Maid is in your home, we are insured. Our team members always undergo a thorough hiring process which includes background check, and other requirements before their start date.  

If you need to cancel your service, we do require it to be in writing by e-mailing mainoffice@surmaid.com 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning time. A cancellation fee may be required if the service isn't cancelled or rescheduled within that time period.
